Things i need to do to get myself out of my current slump

I am feeling a bit “Blah” at the moment. Having a sinus infection that is making my ear feel like it will explode and my throat is embedded with razer blades, but I am feeling a bit down in the dumps too.

Here is my plan to turn it around:

* Rejoin weight watchers for extra motivation on the weight loss front

* Doing more exercise (but not too much, too soon)

* Drink more water

* Take my supplements daily

* Have a purely natural, additive free diet

* Do good things for me ie massage, facials, manicures etc

* Work on our finances so I dont worry about that.

* Take some time off work and relax

Shop for farmers!!

Woolworths/safeway are having a charity day this Friday 15th Feb where all profits are going to the farmers.

I think this is a great idea. I missed it last year, but I am saving up all my shopping and am going have a huge shop on Friday. I like the fact it is 100% of all profits, not a percentage or a couple of cents like other promotions that you see.

If you have grocery shopping to do this week anyway, I urge you to shop at Woolworths/Safeway and shop for a good cause.

My Dad was on a farm till he got sick and my uncle has just had to leave his property and try to find a job (not easy at 60 odd). It is actually a blessing in disguise that my dad did have to sell his property as with the water restrictions now, many farmers are having to just bulldoze their trees as they don’t have any water allocation to water them.

Anyway something to think about to help someone else and it wont cost you any more than normal.

Lovely Poem

This is a lovely poem that Mum sent me. It is very true, many of you I only communicate with via the PC, but I consider you all friends and confidantes.

 

Dear Lord,

Every single evening

As I’m lying here in bed,

This tiny little Prayer

        Keeps running through my head:     

God bless all my family

Wherever they may be,

Keep them warm and safe from harm

For they’re so close to me.

And God, there is one more thing

I wish that you could do;

Hope you don’t mind me asking,

Please bless my computer too.

Now I know that it’s unusual

To Bless a motherboard,

Change is in the wind

I can feel that this year will be a year of change. I know I am changing. I am evolving. All the internal work I have been doing is surfacing. I have been working on my clutter issues for the past 5 years and I have a feeling that this year it will all come together. I am looking forward to a clutter free, body clutter free and debt free exciting life.

It feels as thou the planets have shifted and I am moving into a brand new phase of my life, and all of the old is falling away. I know that part of this feeling is stemming from the fact that my Father passed away in 2007 after battling a long, very debilitating illness. My energy has been freed up from that situation, I am happy knowing that I did the best I could and that my Dad knows that I love him and I know that he loved me. I gave him a star for Christmas a couple of years ago and he communicated that when he passed “look up and I will be shining down on you” I know that is true, I know he is there looking out for Mum and I. I know he appreciates the help that I gave to mum and I know that I have his blessing to move on and get on with living the best life I can.

Welcome to my Blog

Hi everyone, welcome to my blog. This is my first attempt at a blog so please bear with me as I learn as I go. I am trying not to be a perfectionist about it, if I was it would never get off the ground, so please forgive me if I edit posts, or miss a day or two as we go along.

I know lots of people have blogs, but this is new to me, and it is part of me stretching myself, doing something new and growing. I firmly believe we have to keep stretching our comfort zones in order to fulfill our potential.

I am in the process of creating the life of my dreams – loved, protected, watched over and provided for by the Universe.

I am a passionate about clearing the cluttering in my home, being more organised, getting out of debt, living frugally, bargain hunting, becoming fitter, losing weight, conquering my food allergies and intolerances by living as natural and organic existence as possible, sharing the love of the angels and having a fabulous relationship with my husband and the rest of my family and friends.

I would also love to start and run my own business, achieving financial independence, and governing my own future and success.   

I am also passionate about sharing the information I find and the revelations I have with others, in the hope that I can help and inspire other people in a similar situation to myself, to overcome, conquer and succeed.
