My daily routine

Morning routine                                                                   Day:                                        Date:
Get up at 5am
*prayer
* meditate
*tai chi or yoga
*have a shower
*wash hair
*cleanse, treat and moisturise, deodorant and perfume.                
* get dressed
* eat breakfast and take vitamins
* review goals
* pack lunch
* brush teeth, floss and gargle                                                                                                   
* do hair and makeup
* do breakfast dishes and empty dishwasher
* water plants indoor and out if needed
* feed and water dog
* check dog poo
* put load of washing in if needed
* Start dinner if needed
* do a walk through house and check for hotspots
*make bed
* check email
* If have time do a weekly or monthly task
* Collect needed items from launch pad

leave for work at 7.40am

Lunchtime routines
* Eat lunch
* check TV guide
* check emailcash
* check email
* check ebay

Afterwork routine
 

Arrive home from work at 6pm

* get changed out of work clothes
* put wash in dryer if did washing in the morning
* go for half hour walk or gym
* feed and water dog
* get dinner ready
* check email
* clean out handbag
* check if any TV shows on that are must watch or need to tape
* if not, put on music
* do daily mission or declutter or detail clean focus room depending on what is needed
* List 20 items on ebay each day
* Do weekly and monthly tasks as come up
* Do any outstanding ebay tasks, ie packing item, leaving feedback etc
* Tackle items from the to do list -  first one
                 - sort one box of paperwork each day
* look for hotspots

Before bedtime routine

* do dishes and/or run dishwasher, shine sink, put teatowel in wash, put out new teatowel
* pick up hotspots
* fold and put away clothes if watching TV
* Put out magazine or book to read on bus and anything else needed for next day
* make sure have enough bus tickets for two days
* lay out clothes in guest room for next day
* Defrost food for meal to tomorrow night if needed
*check email
*brush teeth, floss and gargle
*put on night cream and eye cream
*write in gratitude journal and daily journal, assess goals and to do list
*prayer
* curl up in bed with a good book or magazine
