My Daily Gratitude list

If you are reading through my blog, you will notice that I have a daily gratitude list of at least 5 things that I am grateful for that day.

I find having an attitude of gratitude the best way to live my life. It keeps me focusing and looking for the good in people and in my life, and I often find that if that is the spirit in which I conduct myself and my life, then I constantly find things to be grateful for.

When you already have a grateful heart, and come from an expectation of great abundance and good tidings befalling you, it is my belief that it is easier for the universe to gift even more abundance and good tidings to you.

If you focus on what you dont have, then you are creating an aura of lack, and the universe is going to give you more of what you are focusing on, the lack of abundance or good tidings in your life.

I am not saying everything in my life is rosy, and my life has it’s fair share of ups and downs, but choosing to focus on the positive sure makes the downs easier to bear.

As the saying goes it is not what you are given, but how you deal with it that matters. It also matters on what you focus on. Take for example, a person who loses the use of their legs. Some people shrivel up and die or kill themselves but other people focus on what they do have and live a full and fulfilling life.  

It is all a matter of perspective.
